Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience in providing general mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health treatments. She has experience working in a variety of mental health settings such as the emergency department crisis teams, residential treatment centers, and substance-use detox as well as medically assisted treatment.
Sarah graduated from the Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s in social work and a minor in American Indian Studies. She attended the University of Utah and earned a master’s degree in Social Work. She believes that the best approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic alliance with the client along with a client-centered psychotherapy approach.
