Join us for Teen and Parent Group Therapy. This group is designed for teens and their parents to collaboratively develop essential skills for emotional regulation. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that promote understanding, communication, and practical techniques to manage emotions effectively. Together, families will foster resilience and strengthen their relationships while navigating the challenges of adolescence.
When: Tuesday, November 5th from 4:30 to 5:30 P.M.
