Danny Hansen, DPM was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Utah. And earned his medical degree at the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his residency at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with credentials in both Foot and Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery, and was appointed a clinical fellow in surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hansen is a board-certified surgeon by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has since joined our in-house Podiatry Department. He specializes in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, sports medicine and injuries, traumatic fractures of the foot and ankle, flat foot reconstruction , bunion correction, hammertoes, and other toe deformities. Dr. Hansen enjoys basketball (especially the NBA), football , and boxing fitness training. He loves spending time with his wife and three energetic boys. Dr. Hansen is also fluent in Russian.
