Emma Hansen (she/her) is a Certified Social Worker who uses a mixture of ACT, CBT, parts work, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches. She believes that every individual has the power and strength to heal and overcome hardships in life. She aims to help individuals see their own worth and recognize their ability to make positive and sustainable changes.
Emma received both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She has experience working with individuals in addiction recovery, those who’ve experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and teens in residential treatment. She believes everyone has the capacity to heal themselves, but they shouldn’t have to do it alone.
Emma is a member of the Delaware Nation who is reconnecting with her culture and heritage. Emma loves listening to music, being outdoors, and sitting down to watch a good movie.
