Jackie is a certified social worker who has worked in various human services positions. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in different mental health treatments. She has been trained in the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework, the ARC Framework is an intervention developed for children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, along with their caregiving systems.

Jackie graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She believes that the best approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic alliance with the client, along with a client-centered psychotherapy approach. She is passionate about providing an atmosphere where every client feels heard and understood and creating a feeling of unconditional positive regard with every interaction. Jackie is certified in TF-CBT, DBT skills and continues to learn and study different therapy methods through ongoing training courses to provide as many options that will help her clients
