Natalie Beesley (she/her) is a Certified Social Worker and graduated from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health and trauma. She utilizes a person centered, trauma-informed, integrative approach with her clients. She believes the therapeutic relationship stems from building a foundation of trust, support, curiosity, and collaboration to best explore the struggles we face. Natalie does not believe there is a one-size-fits-all pathway to healing and aims to see each of her clients as the individuals that they are with a unique story to share. She aims to bring warmth and humility to her work with the hope of supporting her clients as they recover, discover, grow, and heal.

Her experience before Sacred Circle entailed working for an at-risk adolescent wilderness treatment program in Appalachian mountains. During those 4 years she saw first-hand the benefits of experiential therapy, and therefore may offer suggestions or bring non-traditional methodologies into session. She is working towards a certificate to become a Somatic Experiencing© practitioner and is also trained to provide EMDR. Natalie has experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and continues to educate herself in decolonized strategies as well. She believes that helping her clients more skillfully orient to learning and embracing the language of their body can have profound impacts on overall well-being.

She loves working with all kinds of people, and she has a special love for working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, adolescents, and those navigating complex posttraumatic stress. In her free time, Natalie enjoys being in nature, traveling, creating art, and adventuring with her German Shepherd Nalu!
